As a project, we are not a legal entity. The standard practice for interviews and surveys done by projects, such as this KDT-JU-CSA, is not to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements.

We assure you that all information and data collected during the interviews and surveys will be accessible only to the core team of the Pack4EU Project Consortium, the Project Officer from KDT-JU and the review team. We consider them as raw data. The Associated Project Partners, despite having signed a confidentiality clause in the Grant Agreement, will not get access to those raw data.

Analysis and assessment of the data will be done anonymized only and results will be illustrated preferably in consolidated statistics charts. There will be no links to you and your company, except if you explicitly ask to be quoted.

It could be interesting for you and your company to appear as an opinion leader. In that case, please tell us what you would like us to quote you with.

The deliverables are confidential and will not be available to the public. For publications aiming at dissemination, we can share our conclusions and recommendations with the interviewee ahead of the publication.

During the interviews and surveys, please stress the information which should be considered as sensitive or confidential. Information that is publicly available, e.g. company website content, will be handled as public information.
